The present synthesis is from a descriptive transversal study carried out to 92 workers of 32 businesses of a neighborhood in Girardot and its zone of influence, in order to determining the
prevalence of the audition loss and of the alterations of the voice, in the workers of the industries of the neighborhood in Girardot and its zone of influence, from the identification of risk factors and work illness by measure the noise (sonometry), in each one of the businesses, application of a survey to each one of the workers and respective tests for hearing (otoscopy, audiometry sieve, previous auditory rest) and for voice (espirometry and exam of the vocal behavior).
