The present document is an investigative study of descriptive type, which objective is to identify and to measure the phonoaudiological “to do” in the environment of the judicial investigations in the city of Santiago of Cali, during the period of 2007. For that they employed techniques of harvesting of the information, the observation and the execution of structured interviews to people who perform charges (judicial investigators in the technical body of investigation), lawyers and speech-language pathologists. They can not present the results because they are still in applications of the instruments.
