El objetivo de este estudio fue adaptar a una versión peruana del Cuestionario de Voz para mujeres transgénero (TVQm) y validar el Protocolo de evaluación de voz trans. Se trata de un estudio prospectivo de validez y confiabilidad, teniendo como primer paso la traducción, armonización y prueba piloto del TVQm con 21 mujeres transgénero; y como segundo paso el estudio de las propiedades psicométricas (consistencia interna y confiabilidad) de la versión adaptada del cuestionario y del protocolo de evaluación de voz trans, mediante la valoración por juicio de expertos, y aplicación del cuestionario TVQm traducido y adaptado a 15 TVQm con 21 mujeres transgénero, con edades comprendidas entre 21 y 47 años para conocer las estadísticas descriptivas. Se obtuvo altos niveles de consistencia interna con un α=0,92 y un coeficiente de correlación de moderado a muy alto CIT=0.839. En cuanto a la validación de contenido cuestionario de la voz para mujeres transgénero (CVT) y del protocolo de evaluación de voz trans, se demostró una la concordancia significativa (<0.05) entre los jueces expertos y promedio favorable de validez. Se concluye que el Cuestionario Voz transgénero de hombre a mujer y el Protocolo de Evaluación Trans, son indicados para la autoevaluación vocal de mujeres transgénero, e informar el proceso de entrenamiento de la voz a lo largo del tiempo como aporte terapéutico, por lo que se recomienda su uso para fines clínicos y de investigación.
