The professions are continuously called upon to remain updated, guaranteeing, on the one hand, that their body of knowledge is strengthened, adjusted, and fed back, and on the other hand, to guarantee suitable professionals who respond appropriately to the different challenges within a changing and globalized society, demonstrating their ability to perform in different fields, in an appropriate manner from their object of study.
These demands on professions originate from the political, economic, social, cultural, scientific, and educational changes in the era of globalization that have affected societies around the world and have forced to rethink professional actions in a dynamic world to ensure their survival. Professional processes are therefore required to respond in a more relevant way in terms of relevance, adequacy and impact to the demands of the contemporary world.
