Abstract

Editorial

The internationalization of speech-language pathology has become a strategic necessity to strengthen education, research, and clinical practice by promoting global knowledge exchange and academic cooperation. However, challenges remain, including structural inequalities, language barriers, and the risk of knowledge homogenization. An ethical and context-sensitive approach is needed to ensure equity, diversity, and respect for local particularities in building a global, collaborative, and inclusive speech-language pathology community.
