The present document is a synthesis of the transversal analytic descriptive type investigation that is carrying out in 10 sexual working women among the 21 at the age of 32 of the Rancho de la Pesebrera in Jamundi-Valle in the year of 2006. In order to identifying the factors of risk that affect the vocal organ of that women that consume frequently cocaine, alcohol and cigarette producing in most cases irritations in larynx level that alters the acoustics qualities of the voice among others alterations, up to now they has partial results because is still in execution.
