The present investigation is a synthesis of an analytic descriptive study in 167 people implanted (young children and adults pre and post linguales) belonging to six groups of IC of Bogotá, and
that carried minimum a year of use of the system, in order to designing an assembly of recommendations related to the eligibility of candidates for (IC) and the Hearing and Communicative strategies of rehabilitation. For that they characterized the population relating to demographic variables and related to the IC. The population taken was evaluated in sensoperceptuals linguisticcommunicative abilities; production of speech; labiofacial reading for children and adult; among others tests.
